As a part of the book service offered outside the pavilion, Leaders partners with the Geauga County Public Library for their Book Mobile.

There are many lenders that specialize in chattel loans - a loan for a home you own, on land you lease. We have partnerships with several lenders and are happy to help you obtain financing for your new home!
How do I Apply for a Home at Leaders?
At the top of this page, there is an "Apply Now" section which allows you to submit your information. If you have not found a home yet, or are interested in a custom build, make sure to contact us directly for more information. Application fees are $200 and include a background check.
What Amenities are Offered at Leaders Mobile Home Park?
We offer several amenities at Leaders, including a clubhouse (available for rental for private parties too), a pavilion by the school bus stop, a free book library, plenty of green space, a walking/biking trail that connects our community to the local park district, and a fully online customer service portal including free ACH online payments/autopay, service requests, and more!
